Nationwide | Better Business Bureau® Profile

In June 2019 Nationwide transferred my heloc to *********** **** *********. When I contacted *** today, they said there were unpaid fees due (hard to believe since my account has always been direct debited). I also asked about how the % was figured each month – since I believe it is high – they don’t know because they don’t have the original note from Nationwide. *** also couldn’t answer me re: whether there is a prepayment penalty, again, because no note has been sent from Nationwide. I am complaining about BOTH these entities. They can take money from me monthly when apparently no one can find a note? I believe this is illegal.
